Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Naamy Recon, a competitive intelligence service operated by HH Metta Sdn Bhd.
By creating an account or using Recon, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are using the service for business purposes, and have authority to accept these Terms for your organisation.
Service
Recon collects publicly available information about nominated brands and turns it into reports, digests, and dashboard views. Outputs are informational and may include automated analysis.
Features, cadence, and competitor limits depend on the plan selected. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Accounts And Access
You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Payments
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Payment details are handled by Stripe; Recon does not store full card numbers. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
You can cancel a paid subscription from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Customer Data
You retain ownership of the brand, competitor, and account information you submit. You grant us permission to use that information to provide, secure, and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide does not violate law or third-party rights.
Public Competitor Data
Recon analyses public e-commerce storefronts, public ad libraries, and other public sources. We do not ask you for competitor credentials and do not access private competitor systems.
Reports can contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for how you interpret and act on any output.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Recon to violate law, harass competitors, bypass access controls, overload third-party services, or resell full reports without written permission.
Intellectual Property
Recon, including the software, brand, interface, and report formats, is owned by or licensed to HH Metta Sdn Bhd. You may use generated reports for your internal business purposes.
Disclaimers And Liability
The service is provided as available and without warranties that outputs will be complete, uninterrupted, or error-free. Recon outputs are not legal, financial, or professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 for free-plan use.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia have jurisdiction unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
